Songs album cover art is not showing

The album cover art for a song is only shown if it's embedded in the music file itself. When downloading that art through iTunes it gets stored outside the file (for performance reasons), so you need to manually add it.

If you're in Mac, there's a free program called Max that you can use not only for this, but also to convert between formats and to manage the metadata.
