last.fm scrobbling
« on: June 18, 2009, 11:18:08 PM »

first off, this is amazing, it actually streams the music better than my itunes plays it, i have so many songs, my itunes tends to skip especially if my memory is running low, but this--not this, its great.

anyway, one thing i would recommend in a future release would be the opportunity to scrobble songs to your last.fm profile, my itunes is hooked up, but since ill be streaming them from pulptunes, it wont.

i have an iphone app similar to this, it streams my entire itunes library and playlists on my phone through 3g/wifi, its called "simplify music", it has last.fm scrobbling so I think it's possible, not sure.

just a consideration, thanks again for this wonderful program!

Thanks for your comments. Many people have requested last.fm scrobbling, so I'm definitely going to look into it.

Cheers,
Alejandro

I would like to second this request. I'm not sure how intense the last.fm api is, but it's been done on many many mobile platforms so it's doable. I've had last.fm for over 4 years and I love to browse my stats. I recently set up pulptunes for streaming to work, and I love it. It would be the cat's pajamas if it had last.fm support.
