How can my groups download music once they are logged in?

You need to set the "Can download" setting in the user management section, for that particular group. Then when logged in, members of that group can download a song by right-clicking on it and selecting "Download". It's also possible to download entire playlists in a zip file by right-clicking on the playlist name.
