2 CD's: Order of tracks not right

In iTunes I have albums with 2 or more cd's. Each cd starts with track number 1. So now I get all numbers 1 together, all numbers 2 etc.
I there a way to correct this, so that the order of the cd's stays as it is in iTunes?

In iTunes, add CD1, CD2 etc after the title of the album. That should do the trick. ;)
