New MAC OS 10.6 install - unable to launch PulpTunes

Hello guys,

I finally decommissioned my old Power Mac G4 which has been running pulpTunes for a long time.  I am trying to install the app on my new laptop running MAC OS 10.6.7 (Snow Leopard).  If I try to launch the app. from the gui, there is no response.  When running from the command line, I get the below message.  Any suggestions?

no response needed here.  As the error suggested, it was a permission issue.
