New forum rule: gotta be at least Padawan to modify your profile

Dozens of new forum accounts are being created everyday with the sole purpose of putting spam links in their signature. So from now on, you gotta be at least Padawan (5 posts min) to be able edit your profile.

It's your forum level depending on the number of posts you have so far. First level is Padawan.
