The chumby is small internet clock/radio (sorry to all chumby users but how else do you describe it ) . It runs a Linux kernel and is very hackable . As standard it can pull flash apps from usb or chumby.com . It doesn't not run a desktop as standard, so does not support a web browser, However it is absolutely ideal to stream internet radio, video and wake you up in the morning.
I can stream internet radio to the chumby by supplying the URL . I tried adding the direct link to a song, nothing
All my Itunes are in MP3 format which Chumby can play fine if I copy to USb or connect it to my Ipod.
Does pulptunes just give access to the mp3 or does it convert to another format on the fly to play ?
