Can not use other computer to connect my pulpTunes

After I forward the port in my router, I find the connection Instruction, all connection is fine, however, if I use the link that show "To use from outsider your network" in my office, the ie show that "cannot display the webpage" is there have any problem in my setting?

I'm using TP-Link router, and no firewall. Already forward the port 15000
