Songs skip to next after a few seconds

I'm having a weird problem with some tracks where I get like 10-20, sometimes 30 seconds in and then they just go on to the next track.  I'm positive these songs are fine as they play back w/o issue on other devices/servers.  Any ideas of the cause from anyone here? ???

Happens to me when I'm fiddling with tags in iTunes while pulpTunes is running.  I then simply quit iTunes and pulpTunes and relaunch both.  Just a suggestion ...

Thanks for the idea, but this is happening with no changes being made to any files and whatnot.  And only on certain songs, however I can replicate this behavior every time the songs are played.

Just sent the song, to reiterate, this happens at 20 seconds every time on this track in particular.  no other track on the album is affected.  also, if i skip past that point in the track, the rest plays fine.

I was previously using the 1.1.2 but I've since upgraded to the newest beta to see if it still affected it.  Same exact issues with each song affected.

Ok, I could reproduce the problem myself too in versions 1.1.2 and in the latest beta, with the song you provided. Both versions have a different javascript player engine, but both relay on the browser's flash plugin. Which means is something at the plugin level, which is out of our jurisdiction ;) But if you listen closely, there's a weird sound around the 20-21 second mark, which is what I believe is crashing flash, or is signaling somehow that the song is over... Interesting case, but I'm afraid there's nothing I can do :(

damn, i was afraid of that.  i never noticed a sound, i'll have to check again.  very strange though.  at least i can stop wondering if there was anything i can do for it.  really strange though.  thanks for taking the time to try to figure it out.
