Hi,
I just found out about plupTunes and have been using it for a few weeks. It is excellent! I've already modified the template and wrote my own build script that will pull-in my changes and 're-build' the JAR files to include my updates.
In my solution, I deploy pulpTunes on a openSuSE linux VM (running on VirtualBox). My music files are on a networked attached storage drive and updates to the iTunes Music Library.xml file is copied to the VM when ever it is changed.
Rather than edit the xml file, I would like to enhance pulpTunes to allow the user to configure a 'path replacement' field that will replace the file://...../ entry in the xml file on-the-fly. This way, i will not have to post-process the xml file before it can be used.
How do I get access to the .java source code to make this change? Or ... is this only done by select members of the project team and if so ... how do I make an enhancement request?
Thanks,
Joe
