disc number support

Hi,

I love pulptunes!

But I have an issue when i pull up an album that is multiple-discs, they all show up together. So, I'd like to see either a disc number column, or smart sorting that takes disc number into account.

Updating track sorting to take disc numbers into account would still be really helpful.

In the meantime, you can always add CD1, CD2, CD3 etc to the album title in your library. Does the trick for me.
