Connection Settings??

I'm on my mac and for some reason when i go to connection settings to see how to set this up it wont show. The window pops up but nothing is  inside of it.

Hi, sorry for the late answer. Can you use your mouse to select and see what's inside that white box? This would prove at least that the font is being rendered white over a white background.
